To help us measure your satisfaction with St. John's Mercy, representatives from the Medical Center may visit you while you are a patient in the hospital, or call you when you return home, to discuss the care you received at St. John's Mercy. You also may receive a questionnaire at your home from a firm that helps us measure and improve our level of service. The information you share will help us learn how we can further improve the quality of our care.
